Responsibilities:

  • To satisfy customers and provide top-quality sales service requires co-workers to work together seamlessly and have expert knowledge of the products on offer
  • A winning combination of selling proficiency, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations are necessary for a thriving retail business
  • Ensuring that you are on track to achieve your personal and professional objectives requires a strategic approach and a devoted mindset
  • Asks probing questions to establish the necessities of every patron
  • Competency in Gaining and Disclosing Mastery of Product Characteristics and Trends to Cater to Customers’ Desires
  • Maintains a strong understanding of all products, keeping up with both current and emerging industry trends
  • A positive and inclusive work environment can also lead to increased productivity and team cohesiveness, as employees are more likely to work together effectively and support one another's goals

Qualifications:

  • Retail Experience of Less Than Three Years
  • Providing world-class customer service requires feeling confident and at ease when interacting with patrons
  • The love for customer interaction and athletic goods fuels a drive for excellence in results achievement
  • Executes duties or responsibilities without being constantly monitored
  • The position requires candidates with a flexible schedule that includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays
